Welcome to VoiceThai. By accessing or using voicethai.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

VoiceThai provides text-to-speech (TTS) conversion services, allowing users to convert written text into spoken audio in multiple languages including Thai, Chinese, English, Vietnamese, and Indonesian.

2. Account & Subscription

2.1 Free Tier

VoiceThai offers a free tier with the following limitations:

Up to 2,000 characters per day
Browser-based speech synthesis (standard quality)
No MP3 download capability
No registration required

2.2 Premium Subscription

Premium plans are available at ฿99/month (Pro) and ฿179/month (Max). Premium features include:

Higher daily character limits (5,000 or 10,000 characters/day)
Access to Google Cloud AI voices (WaveNet, Neural2)
MP3 file download
Commercial usage rights

2.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. Prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and may be subject to currency conversion fees by your bank.

2.4 Auto-Renewal

Premium subscriptions automatically renew each month. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, harassing, or fraudulent content
Impersonate any person or entity without authorization
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the generated audio outside of normal commercial use permitted by your subscription tier
Reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service beyond normal usage
Use the Service to infringe upon intellectual property rights

4.2 Generated Content

For free tier users: audio generated through the Service is for personal, non-commercial use only. For premium subscribers: you own the audio files you generate and may use them for commercial purposes, subject to the terms of Google Cloud Text-to-Speech API.

4.3 User-Provided Text

You retain all rights to the text content you submit. You warrant that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VoiceThai does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific audio quality levels.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceThai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Hong Kong.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
